Role Overview:

As the Investor Relations Lead, you will focus on building and managing strong relationships with retail, high-net-worth, and institutional investors. Your primary mission will be to attract investments for the deals we offer on Safqah's crowdfunding platform. You will create strategies to engage investors, ensure compliance with CMA regulations, and foster trust and loyalty among Safqah's growing investment community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard and engage retail, high-net-worth, and institutional investors in Saudi Arabia and MENA.
  • Drive funding for deals listed on Safqah's Sukuk-based crowdfunding platform, ensuring strong participation across investor segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, delivering exceptional service and tailored investment opportunities.
  • Establish and lead a high-performing investment relations team to scale efforts and achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with compliance and legal teams to align all investor relations activities with CMA regulations and best practices.
  • Regularly report on metrics such as value of deals closed, number of investors onboarded, and average ticket size to the executive team.
  • Represent Safqah at conferences, roadshows, and investor events to build trust and visibility in the investment community.
  • Develop compelling investor presentations, updates, and reports that clearly articulate Safqah's mission and investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

Experience:

  • 4–6 years in investment relations, corporate finance, or financial services.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff and coordinating investor activities.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) with drafting and negotiation in both.
