IT Co-op Trainee - Winter 2025

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an IT Co-op Trainee This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, develop strong technical skills, and work in a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT team to support daily operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to IT-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. .

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems for employees

  • Support the setup, and troubleshooting of company devices (laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices).

  • Help with software installations, and IT asset management.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization

Requirements
:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal).

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office 365, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.

communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions

  • Teamwork & Initiative: Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
