Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Registration process for new companies and upgrade record for new customers by maintaining the existing client data.
  • Prepare quotation based on customer requirements and specifications & manage client contract issues during the bid process, by negotiating the payment terms and schedules.
  • Evaluate the PO to Scrutinize the Order terms and condition. Coordinate efforts with Operations, to meet client commitment and mobilization schedule.
  • Develop strong relationship at high level at the main partners and customers.
  • Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
  • Follow the customer closely, identify and monitor the related project to maximize realization.
  • Assist division management in budget, rental pricing and share the market intelligence.
  • Closely follow up for outstanding payment.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey and feedback.
  • Participate in problem solving and continual improvement activities.
