We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with an IT/technology background to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of software and tech-related projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with engineering or product teams, understands technical requirements, and can help ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing IT/software/product projects
  • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and documentation
  • Support communication between development, QA, product, and business teams
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues and prepare status updates
  • Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, and follow-up on action items
  • Maintain project documentation including requirements, reports, and trackers
  • Ensure projects follow company processes and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in project coordination or project management within IT/tech environments
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up proactively, and meet deadlines
