  • SAP Defense Solutions gestalten: Die Entwicklung und Implementierung hochspezialisierter SAP-Lösungen auf Basis von SAP Defense Forces & Public Security (S/4HANA Defense & Security) für Bundeswehr, Rüstungsunternehmen und Sicherheitsbehörden gehören zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • S/4HANA-Transformation vorantreiben: Du begleitest komplexe Migrationsprojekte von Legacy-Systemen zu SAP S/4HANA in sicherheitskritischen Umgebungen – mit reibungslosen Übergängen ohne Betriebsunterbrechungen.
  • Compliance & Security: Die Einhaltung strenger Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Exportkontrollbestimmungen und VS-Konformität stellst du bei der Implementierung von SAP-Systemen sicher.
  • Fachliche Führung: Die Übernahme der fachlichen Führung in Defense-Projekten sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Junior-Consultants zu Defense-SAP-Expertinnen und -Experten zählen zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
DEIN PROFIL
  • SAP-Expertise im Defense-Umfeld: Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit SAP ERP/S/4HANA – idealerweise einschließlich SAP Defense & Security sowie Logistikmodulen (MM, WM, PM, EWM) – hast du in sicherheitskritischen Implementierungen unter Beweis gestellt; Erfahrungen im Mobile Application Integration Framework (MAIF) gelten als wertvolles Plus.
  • Technische Tiefe: Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP ABAP/ABAP OO, SAP Fiori, Fiori Elements, Core Data Services, OData und dem ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) setzt du zielgerichtet für maßgeschneiderte Defense-Lösungen ein.
  • Defense-Background & Sicherheitsclearance: Berufserfahrung in der Verteidigungsindustrie, bei der Bundeswehr, in Rüstungsunternehmen oder Defense-fokussierten Beratungen ist vorhanden; zudem bringst du die Bereitschaft zur SÜG-Überprüfung oder eine bestehende Clearance (idealerweise bis VS-VERTRAULICH) mit.
  • Projektmethodiken: Du wendest Erfahrung mit klassischen und agilen Vorgehensmodellen in regulierten Umgebungen sowie solide Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering nach IREB sicher an.
  • Optionale Branchenkenntnisse: Ein gutes Verständnis für militärische Beschaffungsprozesse, NATO-Standards, das Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetz und die spezifischen Herausforderungen der Verteidigungsindustrie rundet dein Profil ab.
  • Kommunikationstalent: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, intern sowie extern.
