Job Details:

  • Position: Female Sales Coordinator
  • Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
  • Salary: SAR 6,000 per month
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Location: Saudi Arabia (Saudi Nationals Only, Female Applicants Only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Coordinate daily sales activities and manage schedules for the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Client & Team Communication: Communicate with clients and internal teams to support efficient sales processes and address any concerns or updates.
  • Data & Report Management: Maintain and update client data, sales reports, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Sales Proposals & Presentations: Assist in preparing and customizing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and track KPIs to monitor progress and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing emails, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Order & Deliverable Monitoring: Track and follow up on pending sales orders and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only
  • Gender: Female Applicants Only
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English (preferred)
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets (basic proficiency required)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in sales coordination is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities
