About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced
Oracle Finance / Supply Chain Consultant
to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience implementing Oracle ERP solutions for large-scale, complex organizations. The consultant will play a key role in driving business transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between business processes and Oracle applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end
    Oracle ERP Finance or Supply Chain
    implementations, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document functional requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.
  • Configure Oracle Finance and/or Supply Chain modules to align with business needs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle modules such as
    Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, and Costing.
  • Support data migration, testing, and user training during project execution.
  • Partner with technical teams to design and deliver effective Oracle ERP integrations.
  • Contribute to digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years
    of hands-on experience as an
    Oracle Functional Consultant
    specializing in Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.
  • Proven track record of
    Oracle ERP implementation for mega or group transformation projects.
