Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Cost and Commercial Engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, drafting commercial contracts, and supporting sales and project teams with accurate financial data. The role also includes engaging in stakeholder communication, assisting in negotiations, and providing cost-related training to relevant internal teams. The Senior Cost and Commercial Engineer will ensure compliance with company guidelines and contribute to achieving strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Engineering
  • Exceptional skills in Negotiation and Communication
  • Experience in delivering Training and knowledge sharing
  • Solid background in cost engineering and commercial contracts management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle stakeholder interactions effectively
  • Experience in the construction or prefabrication sector is an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years of demonstrated experience in cost and commercial management and experience in Contracts (FDIC) , Contract administration. (MRICS is preferable)
