CCP Lead – Cost, Commercial

Our client, a leading construction consultancy specializing in complex, mission critical infrastructure, is seeking an experienced CCP Lead to support a major data center program in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of all cost, commercial, and procurement functions on a high value, technically advanced development. You will play a central role in ensuring financial governance, optimizing procurement strategy, and safeguarding commercial performance across the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all cost, commercial, and procurement activities for a large-scale data center program.
  • Oversee project cost planning, estimating, budgeting, benchmarking, and cost reporting.
  • Manage procurement strategies, bid evaluations, contract preparation, and vendor negotiations.
  • Ensure commercial compliance with contract terms, change control procedures, and risk frameworks.
  • Oversee claims management, variations, and dispute resolution coordination.
  • Monitor project financial health including cash flow, forecasts, and cost-to-complete analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with project controls, engineering, design, and commissioning teams.
  • Maintain governance, audit readiness, and alignment with company commercial policies.
  • Provide leadership to CCP team members and support capability development within the department.

Experience & Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in cost, commercial, and procurement roles within construction or PMC.
  • Strong experience with large-scale or mission-critical projects (data center experience preferred).
  • Deep understanding of contracts (FIDIC or similar), procurement processes, and commercial management.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with proven financial governance experience.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • KSA or GCC project experience is an advantage.
