Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a chef de partie located in the Makkah Region. The chef de partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, managing food preparation and cooking, ensuring quality and consistency of dishes, and maintaining high standards of hygiene. Additionally, the chef de partie will collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices
  • Ability to manage a specific section of the kitchen and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen
  • Experience in a hospitality or culinary environment is a plus
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays
