Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Residential Sales Representative
to support our growing
home renovation and villa market
in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience dealing with
homeowners, villa owners, interior designers, or small contractors
, and understands how to convert real customer inquiries into closed deals for
windows and doors
.

This role focuses on
B2C and light B2B residential sales
, not large-scale government or mega project tendering.

Key Responsibilities


• Engage directly with
homeowners, villa owners, interior designers, and renovation contractors


• Handle customer inquiries and guide clients through product selection (windows & doors)


• Conduct showroom-based sales consultations and follow-ups


• Understand customer needs and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery


• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

Requirements

1+ years of proven sales experience in
windows, doors, building materials, or home renovation

Experience dealing with
end users / residential customers

Strong communication skills (Arabic required, English preferred)

Good understanding of the
Riyadh residential & villa market

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with walk-in customers
