Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Project Manager
to lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Manage project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across departments and external partners.
  • Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management.
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage change control processes and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead project team meetings, foster collaboration, and ensure accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

    of experience in project management
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification (preferred but not required).
