Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role in the Riyadh Region.

The Project Manager will oversee, plan, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.

Responsibilities include managing project schedules, monitoring progress, handling logistics, expediting timelines, inspecting deliverables, and ensuring that project objectives align with organizational goals.

The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain quality standards and address challenges effectively.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Set project controls, guidelines, and responsibilities
  • Implement tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage, control, and report on earned value management, cash flow, cost, revenue, forecasting, and schedule (progress and projection) for projects
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance personnel to develop methodologies that will enhance the accuracy of project financial forecasting
  • Provide project controls input on the commercial, administrative, and reporting requirements during project setup
  • Oversees scheduling functions to ensure projects meet standards and target completion dates
  • Manage the administrative procedures relating to Schedule updates
  • Oversees the management of the Schedule's progression throughout the project life cycle.
  • Conducts detailed review and analysis of project performance control and reporting to understand and articulate key metrics and trending
  • Ensure management is provided with a timeline review and progress of all projects and activities, including the completion of the monthly project status report and forecasting reporting
  • Endorse suggested corrective actions to maintain the project within the planned cost and schedule
  • Ensures that tracking and forecasting, progress monitoring, and cost reporting meet specific project requirements
  • Reviews and approves all project controls reporting
  • Ensures the preparation and updating of project cash flows and forecasting as required throughout the project life cycle
  • Identifies commercial risks and develops mitigation measures to ensure project control and deliverables

Qualifications

Education
: Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in MEP, and PMP certification is a plus

Computer Skills:

MS Office, AutoCAD, Illustrator

Languages:

English & Arabic
