Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and oversee the preparation of high-quality Mediterranean dishes. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of proven experience as a Head Chef, possess strong leadership and menu-development skills, and demonstrate deep knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine. The role offers a yearly renewable contract and includes an annual air ticket benefit.

Location: KSA, Riyadh

Salary: SAR 4,000 plus accommodation and transportation

Ticket – 24 months

Contract : 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Plan and create innovative Mediterranean menus aligned with company standards and customer preferences.
  • Train, motivate, and lead the kitchen team to maintain high culinary and hygiene standards.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control for all dishes served.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, food cost control, and supplier coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Conduct regular food tastings and participate in menu development and improvement sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with management to plan events, seasonal menus, and special promotions.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Head Chef, preferably in Mediterranean or fine-dining restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Mediterranean cuisine (Lebanese, Greek, Turkish, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Based in Riyadh (preferred) for interview and food tasting.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼18,000.00 per month
