If you have passion in key accounts management within food service industry, then this role is just for you WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BEDaily Face to Face visits for active and new Key Accounts.Owns, manages and achieves all sales targets and KPIs (Turn Over, Customers base, Forecast, Win & Retain Funnel, Key Accounts Annual Business Plans etc.)Grow Reach and Penetration (Grow Customers base and number of SKUs Per Customer)Manages, builds relationships, and serves existing/potential customers in Food Service Channel (Restaurants - Local & international Chains under QSR & FSR, Central Production Units, and Catering division)To become a trusted consultant by providing a complete culinary solution based on a clear understanding of customers business and needs.Takes calculated risks to win big with key accounts.To conduct Demonstration for UFS SKUs for customers using top applications.Ability to deal with data (analyze) to create your daily routine/activities in more systematic way as per Unilever s requirement. i.e. CRM Software (Salesforce).Creation of new LTOs and innovations with our key customers in collaboration with our marketing and culinary teams.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDSkills Business Acumen Customer Development Key Accounts Management Communication Skills Presentation Skills Negotiation Skills Selling Skills Basic Culinary Skills br> br>Leadership You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
