Job Purpose
Lead commercial and in-store execution performance for all key accounts and MT stores across the West region. Own relationships with Regional KA chains, generate and input MT & E-comm POs (DC and DSD), lead store execution monitoring, supervise RTV processes, manage KA financial follow-up, drive compliance of the 3
rd
party merchandising company, and ensure proper implementation and execution of trade marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management
- Manage all Regional KA relationships.
- Drive growth, availability, and visibility across MT & E-comm Western region customers.
- Ensure execution quality and compliance.
2. MT Store Execution Monitoring – Perfect Store
(Acting MT SE Until Role is Hired)
A.
Conduct daily stores visits (as per journey plan) to monitor stores conditions across all MT stores in West including:
· Availability (on shelf availability)
· Visibility (eye-level placement)
· Share of shelf
· POSM
· Planogram compliance
· Shelf hygiene
· Secondary displays (Gandolas, Floor Display, etc) compliance
· Price accuracy
· Promotion compliance (activation, accuracy promotion type & price tags)
· Perform only small corrective actions; no merchandising execution by KASE.
· Validate the overall execution of 3
rd
party merchandising company during store visits.
· Report deficiencies and escalate for correction via Sales Manager.
B.
Monitor DC trade stock of Regional MT Chains and ensure stock replenishment to avoid out-of-stock.
3. E-comm Execution Monitoring:
A. Monitor daily conditions of Regional E-comm Chains:
· Availability.
· Price accuracy.
· Promotion compliance (system implementation, accuracy promotion type & price tags).
B. Monitor DC trade stock of Regional E-comm Chains and ensure stock replenishment to avoid out-of-stock.
4. Order Cycle Responsibilities
(All POs to be inputted in the system within 24 hours from issuance)
A. MT DSD Orders
- Generate MT DSD store-level orders for all applicable stores.
- Validate trade stock levels and distribution.
- Submit all MT DSD orders to the Sales Manager for approval.
- Follow up with TT S&D to ensure accurate and on-time DSD delivery.
B. KA HO/DC Orders
- Generate MT and E-comm POs to ensure proper trade stock at store and DC level.
- Validate trade stock levels and distribution.
- Submit all MT DSD orders to the Sales Manager for approval.
- Follow up on DC deliveries with Supply Chain and/or any store receiving issues.
7. RTV Management
- Review RTV reports provided by the 3
rd
party merchandising team. - Validate RTV needs (expiry, damage, returns).
- Obtain approval from Sales Manager.
- Coordinate RTV pickup with TT S&D.
- Ensure RTV withdrawals follow SOP.
- Escalate recurring RTV issues to Sales Manager.
8. Collections & Receivables
- Fully handle collections, aging, shortages, credit notes, and claims.
- Support Finance in resolving account-level disputes.
- Track overdue balances and escalate issues to Sales Manager.
9. Reporting & Data Flow
- Submit all in-store non-compliance reports on 3
rd
party merchandising company. - Request at the beginning of each month the sales raw data.
- Share raw data inputs with Sales Manager.
- Provide weekly regional performance updates.
