Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transportation Manager. The Transportation Manager will oversee and coordinate daily transportation operations to ensure efficient and reliable service for pilgrims. Responsibilities include managing transportation schedules, ensuring fleet maintenance, overseeing personnel, resolving logistical challenges, and maintaining service quality standards. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure a seamless pilgrim journey.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Transportation Management and Fleet Management to oversee and optimize transportation processes and vehicle operations.
  • Strong skills in Operations Management for planning and coordinating logistics and resources effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address needs, concerns, and inquiries of pilgrims and stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities to manage teams and ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
  • Working familiarity with the cultural and operational dynamics of Hajj and Umrah services is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field is preferred.
