Job title:


• QHSE Director

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement strategic plans and corporate policies for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management across the company, ensuring full compliance with local and international laws and regulations.


• Lead continuous improvement and development programs in the areas of quality, safety, and environmental management.


• Oversee the performance of subordinate departments, providing guidance and support to ensure achievement of departmental and organizational goals.


• Establish and supervise emergency response and crisis management plans through designated committees.


• Prepare and present regular reports to the Board of Directors on overall QHSE performance, including recommendations for strategic improvements

Qualifications and Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).


• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment management.


• Professional certifications such as: NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or equivalent are required.
