Inside Sales and Self Onboarding Specialist

Role Overview
The Inside Sales & Self-Onboarding Specialist is responsible for converting leads into live, active vendors using self-onboarding portal. This role sits at the heart of the Business Development funnel, owning the journey from first contact to vendor go-live — fully through inside sales channels (calls, WhatsApp, email).
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Lead Conversion
- Contact inbound and outbound vendor leads and pitch 's value proposition.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers.
- Handle objections, negotiate basic commercial terms, and close vendor sign-ups.
- Maintain a strong follow-up cadence to convert interested leads.
Self-Onboarding & Vendor Activation
- Drive vendors to complete registration via the self-onboarding portal.
- Guide vendors remotely through:
- Account setup
- Document submission
- Product/menu uploads
- Pricing, quantities, and availability configuration
- Ensure vendors go live quickly and are ready to transact.
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Own a portfolio of leads and vendors from first contact to activation.
- Update CRM and onboarding trackers with accurate status and notes.
- Report daily and weekly performance against sales and activation targets.
Collaboration with Business Development
- Work closely with field BD and partnerships teams to activate signed vendors.
- Share feedback on lead quality, onboarding blockers, and market insights.
- Support campaigns and promotions aimed at accelerating vendor acquisition.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure vendor profiles meet standards and KSA requirements.
- Flag incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant submissions for resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience
in inside sales, telesales, onboarding, or business development.
- Experience in marketplaces, food delivery, SaaS, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the KSA vendor landscape is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong inside sales and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (
Arabic required; English is a plus
).
- Persistent, target-oriented, and comfortable with high-volume follow-ups.
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems and onboarding portals.
- Organized, disciplined, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
