Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Artist, based in Jeddah. The role involves coordinating the production process from concept to completion, managing creative projects, and ensuring timely delivery. Daily tasks include organizing production schedules, collaborating with designers and video production teams, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include supervising art direction for media content and ensuring alignment with brand and creative standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Production and Creative teams to develop and execute artwork and creative concepts across various projects.
- Coordinate, support, and manage all phases of projects, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Design and produce digital and print materials, including graphics, layouts, illustrations, branding assets, and visual content.
- Create storyboards, sketches, prototypes, and technical designs to support project development.
- Conduct research on current art, design, and industry trends, and provide insights to inform creative projects.
- Build, paint, finish, and independently create props; assist with set dressing and set changes throughout production.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and art department files.
- Manage and organize art supplies, equipment, and department logistics, including errands, purchasing, and administrative support such as scheduling meetings and organizing files.
- Coordinate project timelines and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow and brand consistency across departments.
- Provide constructive feedback on ongoing projects and suggest potential improvements.
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and other relevant parties as needed.
- Ensure all artwork, graphics, and props adhere to brand guidelines and project standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Art Director or management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Management, Project Management, and Video Production.
- Art Direction experience to drive and maintain high creative quality standards.
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with creative teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the entertainment or media industry is an advantage
