Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

  • Minimum 15-18 years of experience in procurement for civil construction projects

  • Proven experience managing large-value procurement packages and subcontracting

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction materials/equipment & subcontracting practices
  • Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management
  • Understanding of construction contracts and commercial terms
