Experience Required:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory operations.

Job Purpose:

To manage and coordinate supply chain activities related to the company's product lines in networking solutions, fiber optics, telecom infrastructure, industrial cabling, and low current systems, ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and high-quality standards in all supply processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Monitor demand requirements and prepare supply plans to ensure material availability.


• Communicate with international and local suppliers to obtain quotations, lead times, and technical/commercial confirmations.


• Manage purchase orders from issuance to delivery and follow up on supplier commitments.


• Coordinate inbound shipments and work closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers until goods are received in warehouses.


• Prepare and review shipping documents including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and packing lists.


• Arrange domestic transportation with logistics partners to deliver materials to branches or customers on time.


• Maintain and update product data in the ERP system including specifications, images, and certificates.


• Review stock levels, analyze fast-moving and slow-moving items, and propose solutions to optimize inventory.


• Support the sales team with accurate stock availability information and alternative product options.


• Monitor the quality of received products and ensure compliance with technical specifications related to networking, fiber optics, telecom, and security cabling.


• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, shipment updates, supplier performance, and supply chain improvements.


• Participate in developing supply chain policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service levels.


• Provide operational support to business lines such as enterprise networks, telecom infrastructure, industrial automation, and safety & security cabling.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.


• Experience in networking, telecom, or technical products is preferred.


• Strong English language proficiency.


• Familiarity with ERP systems.


• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.


• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
