Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct external audits on quality management systems in organizations according to approved international standards and specifications.
  • Review documents, records, and procedures related to the quality system to verify compliance with the required standards.
  • Prepare audit plans and schedule field visits in coordination with the targeted entities.
  • Conduct interviews and discussions with managers and staff to collect evidence and verify the actual implementation of procedures.
  • Identify non-conformities and technical observations, documenting them accurately and clearly.
  • Prepare final audit reports including findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Follow up on corrective action plans by the audited entity and verify their effectiveness.
  • Participate in the development of audit methodologies and evaluation tools used in the system.
  • Adhere to professional ethics, neutrality, and objectivity when performing audits.
  • Participate in technical meetings and training sessions related to updating standards and specifications.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of the company's internal quality systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing and implementing quality management systems.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.

Skills

  • Ability to prepare technical audit reports and analyze collected data to provide well-founded recommendations supporting continuous improvement of quality systems.
  • Full knowledge of international quality management system standards.
  • Proficiency in using computers and quality management software.
  • Ability to assess and analyze risks related to quality and operational procedures.
