About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Brand & Sales Manager
to lead one of our lifestyle and retail brands within NMR Group.
The role combines brand strategy, sales growth, and operational excellence ensuring an outstanding customer experience and sustainable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities, analyze consumer trends, and align brand positioning with business goals.
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue objectives through performance monitoring and motivation.
- Oversee product and service development to ensure quality and market relevance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design creative campaigns that drive both brand awareness and sales conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to ensure quality, continuity, and value.
- Negotiate pricing and supply agreements to secure optimal margins.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing
,
Business Administration
, or a related field. - Minimum
8–10 years of experience
in
brand management, retail, or sales leadership
, including
3+ years in a managerial role
. - Strong leadership and commercial acumen.
- Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication in
Arabic and English
. - Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
