Who We're Looking For

We are hiring a results-driven B2B Sales Executive with proven experience selling solutions to sectors that heavily rely on inbound/outbound calls and customer follow-ups, such as:

  • Healthcare (Hospitals, Clinics, Dental, Beauty & Wellness)
  • Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts, Serviced Apartments)
  • Real Estate (Developers, Brokers, Property Management)
  • Education (Schools, Training Institutes, Universities)
  • Retail & F&B (Chains, Restaurants, Cafés)
  • Logistics & Service Companies

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → demos → proposals → closing.
  • Build a strong pipeline within the target sectors in Jeddah and Western Region.
  • Identify customer pain points (missed calls, slow response, low conversion, follow-up gaps) and map MyCalls to ROI.
  • Lead product demos and present tailored use cases per industry.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
  • Maintain CRM discipline, reporting, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 2–6+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS / tech / telecom / CRM / customer experience solutions.
  • Strong network or previous selling experience to one or more target sectors above.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong closer mindset with consultative selling approach.
  • Based in Jeddah with ability to travel locally when needed.
