Who We're Looking For
We are hiring a results-driven B2B Sales Executive with proven experience selling solutions to sectors that heavily rely on inbound/outbound calls and customer follow-ups, such as:
- Healthcare (Hospitals, Clinics, Dental, Beauty & Wellness)
- Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts, Serviced Apartments)
- Real Estate (Developers, Brokers, Property Management)
- Education (Schools, Training Institutes, Universities)
- Retail & F&B (Chains, Restaurants, Cafés)
- Logistics & Service Companies
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → demos → proposals → closing.
- Build a strong pipeline within the target sectors in Jeddah and Western Region.
- Identify customer pain points (missed calls, slow response, low conversion, follow-up gaps) and map MyCalls to ROI.
- Lead product demos and present tailored use cases per industry.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
- Maintain CRM discipline, reporting, and forecasting.
Requirements
- 2–6+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS / tech / telecom / CRM / customer experience solutions.
- Strong network or previous selling experience to one or more target sectors above.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong closer mindset with consultative selling approach.
- Based in Jeddah with ability to travel locally when needed.
