Role Description

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Jeddah to support our early go-to-market activities.

The role focuses on field-based B2B outreach across three core logistics service areas:


• Customs clearance


• Warehousing and storage


• Domestic transportation

The SDR will engage with Saudi SMEs, introduce the platform and its services, understand their logistics workflows and pain points across these service areas, and qualify potential opportunities for follow-up meetings with the founder.

This role is designed to support lead generation and market validation, not deal execution.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct in-person visits to SMEs in Jeddah (importers, traders, distributors).


• Introduce the platform and clearly explain its value proposition across customs clearance, warehousing, and transportation services.


• Understand current logistics workflows, decision-making processes, and key challenges faced by SMEs.


• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (business fit, activity level, logistics needs).


• Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers for follow-up with the founder.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visits, leads, and interactions.


• Collect structured market feedback on pricing sensitivity, service expectations, and common objections to support go-to-market refinement.


• Follow a defined outreach process and report weekly activity and insights.

Qualifications


• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development.


• Proven ability to engage SMEs through in-person, on-site outreach.


• Previous exposure to logistics, supply chain, or B2B services is a plus, but not required.


• Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic; working proficiency in English is a plus.


• Comfortable presenting a value proposition clearly and concisely.


• Organized, disciplined, and able to follow a structured outreach process and sales script.


• Capable of handling rejection and maintaining consistent outreach activity.


• Basic CRM or reporting discipline (tracking visits, leads, and outcomes).


• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).


• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Jeddah for field visits.


• Familiarity with the Saudi SME business environment is a strong advantage.

Compensation

  • Monthly base salary: 
    4,000 – 5,000 SAR
  • Performance-based bonus tied to qualified meetings and early activations.
