Shalfa Facilities Management Company
is seeking a
Certified HSE Trainer
to join its project teams in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on delivering professional Health & Safety training programs in line with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional HSE training programs, including:
  • First Aid
  • Firefighting
  • Confined Space
  • Defensive Driving
  • Crane Operations
  • Excavation & Trenching
  • Prepare and deliver training materials and presentations.
  • Conduct assessments and issue training certificates to participants.
  • Ensure training activities comply with relevant HSE standards and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports.
  • Support continuous improvement of safety awareness across projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
    .
  • Recognized
    professional safety certification
    .
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    in Health & Safety training.
  • Level 6 Diploma in Safety (e.g.,
    NEBOSH or equivalent
    ).
  • Certified Trainer from recognized professional bodies (e.g.,
    IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent
    ).
  • Strong knowledge of
    ISO 45001
    , with general awareness of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Ability to deliver training in
    Arabic and English
    .
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Fire Protection–related certifications (e.g.,
    CFPS, CFI
    or equivalent).
  • Internal Auditor certification for ISO management systems.
  • Additional specialized HSE training certifications.

Work Location

  • Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)
