About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Tender & Proposal Specialist to join our team remotely.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical and financial proposals, ensuring full compliance with the requirements of Saudi government procurement platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop technical and financial proposals for government tenders.
Draft and review RFP documents (كراسات الشروط) according to regulatory standards.
Manage submissions across Saudi platforms such as Etimad, Joodah, Forsah, and other tender portals.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and submission requirements.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and competitiveness of all proposals.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing tenders or government proposals.
Solid knowledge of Saudi platforms (اعتماد – جودة – فرصة).
Excellent Arabic writing and document preparation skills.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, PDF).
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Work Type:
