Role Description

We are seeking a Business Accountant for a full-time, remote role.

The Business Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, monitoring business expenses, and supporting management with clear financial reporting. This role is operationally focused and critical to maintaining financial control across branches and services.

Key Responsibilities


• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records


• Record daily transactions, revenues, and expenses


• Prepare monthly financial statements and internal reports


• Monitor budgets, operational costs, and cash flow


• Track vendor payments, invoices, and receivables


• Support payroll tracking and expense reimbursements


• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax and financial regulations (ZATCA)


• Assist in financial analysis to support business decisions


• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and banks when needed**

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and tax procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, and strong capabilities in creating financial models and reports
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely completion of financial tasks
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus
  • Experience in advertising, marketing, or related industries is beneficial
