Our target clients include major contracting firms, architectural and interior design consultancies, real estate developers, and governmental entities like Qiddiya and Diriyah Gate Authority
2. Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target market segments (B2B, B2G, B2C) to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including contracting companies, design firms, and real estate developers.
- Manage the entire project-based sales cycle from lead generation and client consultation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Understand client needs and requirements to propose solutions from our product portfolio (furniture, decor, restoration, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the internal design and production teams to ensure client expectations for quality and delivery timelines are met.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations that address client needs.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, identify market trends, and inform sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the Nafees World brand.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines using CRM software.
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B/B2G project sales, preferably within the construction, interior design, or high-end furniture industry in Saudi Arabia
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in project-based environments.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with both clients and internal technical teams.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a strategic approach to business development.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
- Personal Attributes:
- A professional and presentable appearance.
- Resides in Riyadh with a valid Saudi driver's license.
