Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with day-to-day potential clients, build a relationship with A&D, and have AutoCAD/BIM, Microsoft office and photoshop skills
  • Responsible on delivering the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs as discussed by manager.
  • Attending to walk-in customers and support them discover a full selection of Grohe products for their Villa, apartment, hotel and offices.
  • Upsell client's selection towards high end products from the portfolio.
  • Prepare full Grohe specs through Grohe portal for the customers.
  • Prepare a full set of AutoCAD drawings accompanied with Photoshop or PowerPoint presentations.
  • Carry out site visits when necessary to ensure that the selection is compatible with existing site conditions.
  • Hand over the projects to sales team to prepare the quotation.
  • Follow up with sales team and the client on order confirmation and delivery status.
  • Develop business development relationship with walk-in Designers and architects to catch wider leads and hand the lead to the line manager.
  • Promote company's products in formal presentations and trainings to A&D when required.
  • Sales force update with new residential projects and site visits.
  • Tracking deliveries and insuring all the products are installed properly
  • Align with Service center team when facing any technical doubt.
  • Full coordination with Grohe A&D team and Sales team. Learn new launches, technical aspects of Grohe products and how to promote them.

Qualifications and Education:

  • B.Sc. or equivalent degree in engineering, architecture or design.
  • Experience from 3 - 5 Years.
  • Experience in same industry or related industries Furniture, Wood etc.
  • General business acumen and understanding of the market analysis.
  • Confident user of MS office programs, sales force is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator able to get the message across diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Able to efficiently distribute the time to manage the fulfillment of the goals.
  • Critical mindset, able to navigate and find the data, curious mindset hungry for knowledge and understanding of business.
  • Demonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment whilst maintaining LIXIL's quality and reputation for excellence.
  • Service oriented approach with solid experience in commercial business partnering.

  • Increase the Specified Projects from Grohe SPA Showroom.
  • Increase the Sales of Grohe and Grohe SPA from the showroom.
  • Leads generated for Project department.
