An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading lodge/resort in the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will oversee the commercial operations, focusing on revenue growth, market development, and maintaining world-class guest experiences.

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
  • 5 Years experience in a senior commercial/management role within hospitality, ideally lodge or resort environment
  • Strong background in revenue management, sales, and marketing
  • Financial acumen with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Valid drivers license 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive revenue growth across accommodation, food and beverage, and other revenue streams
  • Oversee sales, marketing, and business development initiatives
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Identify new opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, travel trade, and key clients
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team
