Job Purpose:

We're seeking a highly skilled Oracle Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud (PaaS & SaaS). The role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle integrations, reporting, and technical customizations, with proven experience in delivering end-to-end Fusion Cloud implementations. The consultant will provide technical leadership, drive system integrations, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with best practices.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware components (OIC, BI Publisher, ADF, OTBI).
  • Implement and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and external systems using REST/SOAP web services and OIC.
  • Lead technical workshops, provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams and business users.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, ensuring stability and reliability.
  • Deliver customizations using Oracle Process Cloud (PCS), Visual Builder (VBCS), and Redwood extensions.
  • Develop and optimize OTBI reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • Manage data migration and conversion using FBDI, HDL, and ODI.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle security standards (IDCS, OAM, OIG) and role-based access control.
  • Collaborate closely with functional teams to deliver robust end-to-end business solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development and implementations.

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Participation in full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or Financials.
  • Experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, OIC, and data migration (FBDI/HDL).
  • Proven ability to work with REST/SOAP web services, PaaS, VBCS, and OCI.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system optimization.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
  • Strong technical expertise in OIC integrations (REST, SOAP, FTP, exception handling, retries).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion customizations (Sandbox, VBCS, Redwood).
  • Proficiency in data migration techniques (FBDI, HDL, HSDL).
  • Strong skills in BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
  • Familiarity with Oracle security and identity management tools.
  • Ability to conduct technical workshops, code reviews, and mentoring.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
