Job Summary:

The
Senior Technical Data Delivery Manager
is responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex data solutions across multiple technical teams. This role ensures that all data products and projects meet quality, performance, and business requirements within the defined timeline of the 6-month engagement. The manager will coordinate with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive the successful execution of technical data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of data projects — from planning and design through implementation and release.
  • Oversee data integration, migration, and transformation processes across multiple systems and platforms (Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, APIs, etc.).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and BI specialists, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, project timelines, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, quality standards, and security best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience
    managing technical or data delivery projects in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud-based data ecosystems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects within tight timeframes.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Contract Duration:

6 months
, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
