Qiddiya Investment Company is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director - Development - Hospitality (Uptown - Stadium) to lead our innovative hospitality initiatives aimed at enhancing the visitor experience within our stadium and surrounding areas. This leadership role will focus on developing a vibrant and engaging hospitality offering that complements our sports and entertainment vision.
As the Senior Director of Development for Hospitality (Uptown - Stadium), you will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of au ultra luxury hotel, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive vision for hospitality projects within the Uptown and stadium areas that enhance guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to create innovative hospitality spaces that align with Qiddiya's brand and mission.
- Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to guide development decisions and ensure competitive positioning.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards.
- Establish strong relationships with local and international hospitality partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and investment.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance hospitality offerings and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements throughout the development process.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 14-18 years of experience in hospitality development, specifically within sports or stadium environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale hospitality projects within high-profile environments.
- Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment industry, market trends, and guest experience enhancement.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring teams and building partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Passion for delivering extraordinary hospitality experiences within the sports and entertainment sector.
