The company provides high-quality maintenance, technical support, and after-sales services for Hisaka Plate Heat Exchangers, catering to industries such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, LNG, Food and Beverage, HVAC, Paper, Steel, and Marine. HISAKA-ME also supplies plate heat exchangers tailored to the needs of its clients in the Middle East and Asia.
Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Saudi National as Sales Service Engineer for Hisaka-ME to expand our market presence in Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate possesses a strong and excellent sales strategy to market HISAKA products and services and maintain customer relationships within the industrial sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal report with potential and actual customers and other person in charge to understand service requirements.
- Searching for new potential clients who could benefit from our product and services by establishing relationship.
- Traveling to visit new and existing clients.
- Offering after sales services, such us technical support, genuine spare parts, maintenance and analysing data.
- Administer new and existing client account, recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Making technical / after-sales presentation and demonstrating know how a product will meet client's needs.
- Provide product, service or equipment technical and engineering information by answering question and request.
- Prepare commercial proposal as per customer requirements.
- Develop individual sales plan or mission statement every year.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Work closely with Sales team to develop and execute Sales strategies.
- Support to manage existing contracts with client in Yanbu / West Region Area.
- Support in the maintenance activities including communication with clients, preparation of maintenance reports, supervise maintenance activities and ensure the safety of workshop and employees.
- Learn about maintenance flow charts and apply it effectively.
- Participate in Site Works activities as maintenance engineer as necessary including inspection, troubleshooting, communication with site teams and reporting.
- Maintain the workshop safety, quality control procedures, inventory and tools & equipment's functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or purchasing position.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Valid Saudi Arabian driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
