What you'll focus on
  • Outbound prospecting by both email and phone to generate new opportunities, always looking to innovate and understand the best sales tools and methodologies. 
  • Inbound conversations, contacting leads in an existing sales pipeline.
  • Uncover target companies, and unique business challenges and identify relevant opportunities to deliver value through Locads services.  
  • Facilitate high-level conversations with senior executives at target accounts 
  • Work effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver client-centric solutions 
  • Work closely with Management to develop target lists, call strategies and messaging to generate opportunities for new business.
What you bring
  • Full lifecycle sales management, from lead generation to account management. 
  • Experience working in an e-commerce or  SaaS company is preferred.
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth tech environment is an advantage.
  • Ability to accurately qualify leads based upon established criteria. 
  • Have a positive, self-driven team mentality and a strong desire to learn. 
  • Ability to build extraordinary customer relationships. 
  • You're a clear, compelling, and charismatic verbal and written communicator.
  • You're organized and understand the right prioritization. 
  • You have a track record of driving results.
  • You're a positive thinker and can adapt to new challenges.
  • You have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures
  • You can put yourself in others' shoes and see situations from perspectives other than your own
