About the Role:

Are you ready to be part of shaping the future of payment solutions and card programme management?

Yours is a role that will see you provide expert support to our Technical and Business Teams in launching and sustaining the innovative RX Card Programme. You will be at the forefront of setting up and managing both pre-paid and credit card operations, while driving the 'go-to-market' strategies for exciting new product launches across the RX card portfolio.

Working closely with key partners: including the BIN Sponsor, Programme Manager, and Processor, you will oversee the full lifecycle of card operations, from issuance and authorisation to settlement and reconciliation. You will ensure compliance with major card schemes such as Visa and Mastercard, monitor regulatory changes, and align technical, digital, and business teams for seamless execution. You will track project performance against short- and long-term goals, collaborate with product and vendor management to benchmark market trends against Riyadh Air's customer value proposition, and identify new opportunities to strengthen the RX Card offering.

You will also conduct competitor analysis to deliver critical insights that maintain a competitive advantage for the RX Card. Using strong presentation and communication skills, you will educate stakeholders on enhancements, showing how innovations can address customer challenges and drive growth. Your ability to understand business flows, data creation, and consumption will be key to providing valuable insights and supporting continuous improvement across the RX Card Programme.

About You:

Degree qualified, you must demonstrate at least 5 years of specialised experience in card payment applications and technologies. You'll have demonstrated expertise in product management, business strategy within fintech/card payment ecosystems, and vendor management.

Strong understanding of card scheme mandates and regulatory compliance, deep analytical and presentation skills, and practical experience in developing and maintaining card payment solutions.
