Business Development Manager is needed for ILAC-Architects (freelance opportunity)

Location:
Riyadh - KSA - remotely

Purpose:

ILAC Architects & Consultants is seeking a dynamic and driven
Business Development Manager
to lead client acquisition and relationship-building efforts in the architecture and design industry. If you're passionate about design, real estate, and strategic sales—and thrive on results—this is your chance to join a forward-thinking architectural firm making its mark on the built environment in KSA.

Main Tasks:

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including developers, investors, and project owners
  • Present ILAC's design services and project portfolio in a confident and professional manner
  • Develop tailored strategies to expand market presence and generate qualified leads
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align client expectations with service delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture, or a related field is preferred).
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client relations (real estate, construction, or design background is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A self-starter who is motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential
  • Familiarity with the architecture/real estate landscape in KSA is highly desirable
