Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development (BD) professional with experience in Technical Proposals to join our growing team and support our Business-to-Government (B2G) initiatives.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals that align with government procurement requirements, while actively engaging with clients and exploring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end proposal development process (RFP/RFQ/RFI responses).
- Coordinate inputs from subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Ensure proposals are compliant with government regulations and submission guidelines.
- Develop persuasive, clear, and concise proposal content.
- Maintain proposal templates, past performance library, and other supporting materials.
- Actively meet with existing and potential government clients to understand their needs, present our services, and explore new business opportunities.
- Identify, track, and evaluate relevant opportunities on Etimad and other government procurement platforms.
- Support pre-qualification and post-qualification submissions, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in proposal writing, coordination, or management.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes (federal, state, municipal, or equivalent public sector frameworks).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of government tendering platforms (such as Etimad) and familiarity with pre-qualification and post-qualification processes is strongly preferred.
- Preferred: Background in professional services, IT, Marketing, or other non-construction industries.
