Duties and Responsibilities :

· Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and smooth exit processes.

· Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling grievances, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

· Personnel & GRO (Government Relations Officer) Support: Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and liaise with government entities for work permits, visas, and other legal requirements.

· HRIS Management: Oversee and maintain the Zain HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and process automation for better efficiency.

· Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and labor regulations.

·Compliance & Documentation: Ensure employee files, contracts, and benefits documentation are up-to-date and in compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Employee Engagement & Support: Work closely with employees to address concerns, provide guidance, and support workplace initiatives that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, HRIS, and Personnel/GRO functions.

· Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.

· Experience with HR systems and databases for effective employee record management.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
