Description

Responsibilities:

  • Rig up and rig down of wireline equipment.

  • Operate and maintain pressure control equipment and rig up equipment.

  • Perform wireline cable checks, heads and collector assembly, and tools preventative maintenance. 

  • Prepare for jobs and performing tool maintenance, pre-job and post-job duties.

  • Determine need of equipment and supplies and maintains appropriate levels of inventory.

  • Prepare the wireline unit and assist in tools and equipment calibrations.

  • Direct responsible for wireline unit winch during the operation at the field.

  • Demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform various wireline functions including winch operation, basic depth control, tension, stuck, stranded armor and lost grease.

  • Maintain wireline unit, tools, equipment and facilities in a neat and workable condition.

  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or High School degree.

  • 2-5 years of cased hole wireline experience. Preferred to be in Saudi Arabia.

  • 2-5 years' experience using wireline 10k pressure control equipment.

  • Valid Heavy vehicle driving license.
