Senior Business Analyst

Act as operations resource to support the SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications for the Global Markets Commercial Center of Excellence (CCOE).  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the CCOE Support function, ensuring timely response to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage and integrate customer data from multiple platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SAP, and Power BI, to ensure accurate and comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
• Work with Financial Systems and Data team.  Interact frequently with SAP Business Warehouse developers, internal customers, and management to clearly identify and articulate the business needs and translate them to CCOE team
• Support CCOE on creation of weekly and monthly reporting on commercial team performance 
• Administer user requests and manage security access for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power BI, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maintaining data integrity.
• Serve as a techno-functional resource for the CCOE team, providing expert support in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and generate comprehensive reports utilizing internal Westinghouse data and customer data, ensuring insights are actionable and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• B.A.,B.S in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of Experience
• Proficient in SAP and SAP Business Warehouse (preferred).
• Experienced in using Customer Relationship Management applications, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent.
• Familiar with the MS Office Suite and MS Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps (preferred).
• Prior experience with financial reporting tools such as BPC, Hyperion, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage time, and multi-task effectively.
• Demonstrates initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.
• Strong understanding of data structures and information management
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results-oriented work.
• Committed to producing accurate, high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs and evolving situations.
• Capable of working in a collaborative team environment to drive organizational success.
