Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Sales Manager, located in Riyadh. We're looking for a motivated Associate Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. You will play a key role in driving business growth, nurturing strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that support customer objectives. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a sales professional eager to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and evaluate business growth opportunities through market insights
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in IT sales, preferably in areas such as digital transformation, enterprise solutions, cloud services, or IT infrastructure
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies, opportunity qualification, and consultative selling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market data, customer needs, and identify solution fit
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and software pipeline management
  • Proactive, results-driven approach with strong commercial awareness
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (Master's is a plus)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
