Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contracting Manager. The Contracting Manager will manage supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and drive profitable growth. They will oversee the contracting process, communicate with suppliers, evaluate market trends, and ensure supplier compliance. This job role requires the candidate to be able to work remotely and manage their workload efficiently while working between the KSA and UAE markets. Qualifications

  • Experience in the travel industry in the GCC region, preferably in Saudi Arabia
  • Proven experience in contract negotiations, sales skills, and a track record of driving profitable growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with exceptional time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.
  • Familiarity with hotel distribution channels and hotel industry
  • Proven experience in the travel industry and hotel contracting, preferably with a focus on yielding.
