About The Role
Are you a visionary design professional with a passion for creating premium, hospitality-driven environments?

In this role you will lead the planning and execution of architectural and interior design initiatives across our real estate portfolio.

You will ensure that all environments reflect the brand's hospitality DNA, sustainability goals, and digital driven vision, while ensuring all designs comply with our Master Design Guidelines and brand standards.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and leading architectural and interior design concepts for corporate, operational, and passenger facing facilities.

All while maintaining and updating design guidelines, ensuring adherence to SBC, NFPA, ADA, LEED, and accessibility standards, and supporting sustainability initiatives.

You will review consultant and vendor submissions for alignment with objectives, budget, and timelines, oversee technical reviews and value engineering, and manage material selection, mock-ups, and approvals.

About You
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural or interior design, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or high-end corporate real estate.

You are expected to possess experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering premium environments from concept to execution, as well as advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools.
