Role Overview :

The role provides comprehensive support to the Financial Manager in executing general accounting and administrative tasks, contributing to the establishment of robust financial and administrative processes within the organization.

The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting activities related to supplier invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.

Over time, this position will take full ownership of the accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with both internal controls and local financial regulations

Key Responsibilities:


• Execute daily accounting activities related to supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.


• Ensure all invoices comply with purchase orders, delivery notes, and VAT regulations.


• Process supplier payments in line with internal approval flows and schedules.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation of payables.


• Support monthly closing and reporting activities.


• Collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth invoice matching and issue resolution.


• Assist the Financial Manager with financial procedures, documentation, and audit preparations.

Qualifications and Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting and a related field 3–4 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.


• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.


• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.


• Fluency in Arabic
and
English (spoken and written).


• High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability in meeting deadlines.


• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.


• Must be located within a commutable distance to Jeddah Third Industrial City.
