Position Title:

IT Monitoring Center – Application Monitoring Specialist

Location:

Saudi Arabia

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

2–5 years of experience in Application Monitoring, IT Operations, or similar roles.

Monthly Salary Package:

12,000 SAR

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of core IT concepts: networking, operating systems, and databases.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and platforms (e.g., APM suites, log management tools).
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics such as response time, throughput, and error rates.
  • Ability to analyze and identify application bottlenecks.
  • Experience in collecting, managing, and analyzing application logs.
  • Familiarity with configuring alerting mechanisms and health checks.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with development, operations, and support teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents efficiently.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with new monitoring technologies.
  • Knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor application performance metrics (response time, throughput, error rate).
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide insights for optimization.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze application logs to ensure operational stability.
  • Set up and maintain alerting systems for application health metrics.
  • Immediately log incidents into the incident management system upon detection.
  • Communicate incidents through all digital channels based on the escalation matrix.
  • Collaborate with development and IT operations teams to ensure application stability.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to enhance system performance and reliability.
