A leading contracting company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual performance of our projects. This role ensures profitability, cost control, and compliance while driving strong commercial strategies and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial input during tendering, pricing, and bid preparation.

Review tender documents, identify risks, and support pre-award negotiations.

Manage post-award contracts, claims, variation orders, and disputes.

Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements across all projects.

Oversee project budgets, cost plans, financial forecasts, invoicing, and cash flow.

Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on all commercial matters.

Lead weekly commercial, project progress, and client meetings.

Prepare and submit weekly dashboards, monthly reports, and close-out statements.

Implement commercial governance procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

Guide and develop QS, cost control, and contract administration teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in commercial or contract management within the contracting sector.

Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and strategic planning skills.

Proficiency in contract and financial management software (SAP, ERP, MS Excel, Primavera, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
