About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and versatile commercial professional to be a foundational leader, responsible for driving Kliq's
revenue growth
by executing the commercial strategy and scaling both brand/agency and creator partnerships. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to manage the day-to-day commercial operations, sales performance, and the entire client lifecycle, with a direct focus on success in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with Kliq's overall business objectives, specifically tailored for the Saudi Arabia market and regional expansion.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the region to inform commercial and strategic decisions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure commercial success, adapting the business model to the rapidly changing influencer marketing landscape.

Revenue Generation & Sales

  • Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, focusing on acquiring and retaining key brand and agency clients.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales process and team, implementing repeatable and scalable sales methods.
  • Build and Lead the Client Success and Customer Support functions to maximize customer lifetime value (CLTV) and minimize churn.
  • Directly link the growth and engagement of our creator base to sales success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
  • Oversee pricing strategy and revenue forecasting.
  • Drive the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals that showcase the strength of Kliq's network.
  • Organize and conduct events, workshops, and demos for brands, showcasing the platform's capabilities and driving sales.

Creator Partnerships & Community

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key creators and creator networks in the region.
  • Achieve strong creator retention and engagement metrics.
  • Foster a vibrant and supportive creator community through online and offline initiatives.
  • Manage and grow the creator support system.
  • Analyze brand and creator performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and to improve the platform's value proposition.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the commercial and client success teams.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Perform hands-on execution of sales, client, and creator management tasks, as needed within an early-stage startup environment.
  • Act as a leader and represent Kliq's values, contributing to a positive and inclusive company culture.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience within a commercial department, preferably within a technology startup or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling revenue in a fast-paced, early-stage technology startup.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia's influencer marketing landscape and a strong network of contacts within the industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales and client-facing teams.
  • Extensive experience in sales and business development, with a proven ability to tie client/creator growth directly to revenue.
  • Strong understanding of brand and creator motivations and needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
